摘要
商务智能的实现是企业信息化与管理提升的一个重要阶段,是支持企业高层管理人员管理与决策的重要工具。首先,本文阐述商务智能的三个层面,即对战略管理层面决策者的支持、对业务运营层面管理人员的支持、对研究与分析人员的支持;其次,本文讨论了商务智能平台的架构思路,也说明了三个方面:商务智能的思路、数据仓库技术的应用、商务智能的展现平台。
Business intelligence is an important tool to help high lever managers to manage business or to make right decision,so that business intelligence is considered as a milestone for information system construction. We describe business intelligence consisting of three aspects, i. e. , how to help high lever managers to perform strategy management, how to let business managers carry out their operation better, and how to assist researchers to analyze their business information. We also discuss some approaches to construct a platform of business intelligence, such as ideas of business intelligence, applications of data ware house, and display platform of business intelligence.
