摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、钛酸丁酯(TBOT)为原料,以乙酰乙酸乙酯(AcAcOEt)为配合剂,在酸性条件下采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/SiO2杂化材料。并将该材料作为基质材料制备了SO24-/TiO2-SiO2固体超强酸,对其催化苯甲酸与乙醇的酯化反应性能进行了研究,获得了适宜的反应条件,结果表明杂化材料与相应的固体超强酸的性能具有显著的一致性。
The TiO2/SiO2 hybrid materials were prepared via the sol-gel process in the acid condition with Tetraethoxyl silance(TEOS)?tetrabutyl titanate(TBOT) and acetyl ethylacetate (AcAcOEt)used as raw materials.IR test shows that as an addition agent, AcAcOEt can be used inmaking the TiO2/SiO2 hybrid materials.The TiO2/SiO2 hybrid materials were applied to prepare the SO??/TiO2-SiO2 solid superacid, the synthesis of ethyl phenylmethyrate with ethynol and phenylmethyric acid as reactant and the SO??/TiO2-SiO2 solid superacid as catalyst had been studied.
