摘要
本文初步建立了监测鸭病毒性肝炎的酶联免疫吸附试验间接法。对小鸭体内鸭病毒性肝炎的抗体水平进行了监测，结果小鸭母源抗体的半衰期为４天，给雏鸭注ＢＡＶ－１ＤＨＶ弱毒疫苗后４８小时鸭的抗体水平明显增高，第５天抗体水平达到最高峰，随后抗体水平缓慢下降，直到第２５天，还能维持一定的抗体滴度。
This paper developed an ELISA for DVH to monitor theantibody's level inducks. This assay is sensitive and specific as well. The half-life period of maternal ab in ducklings is 4 days, The immune response is de-tectable in 48hrs. after vaccination and gets it's highest in 5 days.
