Research advances in gene-enhanced cartilage tissue-engineering

摘要 关节软骨的损伤修复一直是矫形外科的一个棘手问题,基因强化组织工程为关节软骨损伤的修复提供了良好的方法,组织工程包含了三要素:即种子细胞、信号因子(细胞因子或生长因子)和基质材料。本文重点综述信号因子(细胞因子或生长因子)转染种子细胞的研究。 Articular cartilage injuries are always difficult to repair, but g ene-enhanced cartilage tissue-engineering has proved to be a better alternativ e treatment. Tissue engineering consists of 3 elements; germ cells, signal facto rs (cytokine or growth factor) and biological materials (scaffolds). This paper highlights research on the gene transduction with signal factors into germ cells .
