MR扩散张量成像在脑梗死中的初步应用报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的用扩散张量MR成像(DTI)分析脑梗死不同时期的扩散张量改变,探讨DTI在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法分析38例不同病期的脑梗死病人的DTI图像。结果急性期(7例)的各向同性表观扩散系数(ADCiso)图表现为低信号,各向异性指数图表现为高信号;亚急性期(18例)病变区的ADCiso图为低、等信号;各向异性指数图为混杂或低信号;慢性期(13例)病变区的ADCiso图为高信号,各向异性指数图为低信号。结论ADCiso图和各向异性指数图相结合,有可能更精确地对脑梗死进行分期,为临床提供一种新的影像学诊断方法。 Objective To determine the manifestation of cerebral infarction in different stages on diffusion tensor imaging. Methods 38 patients with cerebral infarctions(7 acute, 18 subacute, 13 chronic) were analyzed by diffusion tensor imaging(DTI). Results Acute cerebral infarcts were shown hypo-signal intensity on ADC_ isoand hyper-intensity was shown anisotropic maps; subacute cerebral infarcts were shown hypo-intensity or uniform-intensity on ADC_ isoand mixed-intensity or hypo-intensity was shown anisotropic maps; chronic cerebral infarcts were shown hyper-intensity on ADC_ isoand hypo-intensity was shown anisotropic maps. Conclusions The combination of ADC_ isoand anisotropic maps may stage accurately and provide a new diagnostic method for clinical application.
