摘要
目的探讨人脐静脉血管内皮细胞系的培养和鉴定方法。方法通过从脐带获取血管内皮细胞并通过原代培养,并采用人第Ⅷ因子免疫荧光抗体检查法鉴定所获得的细胞系。结果经人第Ⅷ因子免疫荧光抗体检查法鉴定,脐带血管内皮细胞经原代培养后获得人脐静脉血管内皮细胞系。结论人脐静脉血管内皮细胞可从脐带获得并通过原代培养成为细胞系,而人第Ⅷ因子免疫荧光抗体检查法是鉴定人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的良好方法。
Objective To investigate how to get and identify HUVEC cell line.Methods Vascular endothelial cells were got from infant umbilical cord for primary cultivation, then antihemophilic factor antigen was tested by immunofluorescence test for HUVEC identification. Results After antihemophilic factor antigen was tested by immunofluorescence test, The HUVEC cell line was identified. Conclusion HUVEC cell line can be got from infant umbilical cord by primary cultivation, and antihemophilic factor antigen tested by immunofluorescence test is a good method for identification.
