摘要
网络信息资源在当今社会发展中已占据主导地位,现阶段我国网络信息资源的开发利用存在许多问题,应从知识产权保护、人才支撑体系、统一规划、需求牵引、技术保障体系等方面制定科学有效的开发利用策略,最终实现网络信息资源效用的最大化。
Network information resources have occupied a very important position in the society.There are many problems in exploiting and utilizing Chinese network information resources,so we need make scientific tactics depending on the protection of intellectual property rights,talent system,unified plan,demand traction and technology system.In the end,we can make maximum utility of network information resource into truth.
