摘要
教师专业化是一个不断超越不断完善的动态过程,它对不断提升教师的素质,优化教育资源,尤其对基础教育阶段的小学教师队伍的建设起着举足轻重的作用。由于小学教育及其对象的特殊性,小学教师专业化发展与其他教师的专业化又有所不同。小学教师的专业化具体体现在专业化的内涵、必要性及现状,及推进专业化的几种途径等方面。
Teacher specialization is a developments course surmounted and perfected continuously. It is important to advance teachers' quality and optimize educational resources, especially to build the teachers' troops of primary school at elements educational stage. Because of the particularity of the elements education and its object, it will call for teachers of primary school specialization, which the specialization is different of those of other teachers. This paper introduces meaning of teacher specialization, necessariness and actuality of specialization of primary school teachers, and puts forward some ways promoting specialization of primary schoolteachers.
