摘要
改革小学教师培养模式是提高小学教师培养质量的关键,本文从小学教师培养模式的历史追溯中,确定了该校小学教师培养模式,并对该模式的特点进行了论述.
The reformation of Primary school teachers' training model is the key to improve the quality of training of primary school teachers.This paper traced back the history of primary teachers training mode,confirmed the training mode in Baicheng Normal University,and related the characteristics of the training pattern.
