摘要
人权的国际保护是人权保护的发展趋势,国家主权是人权国内保护的前提,人权的国际保护和人权的国内保护具有一致性。国家主权具有独立性,不能借口人权国际保护侵犯其他国家主权。
The protection of human rights tends to intermational protection of human rights, while the state sovereignty is the presupposition of the home protection of human rights. International protection and home protection of human rights are not difference. The state sovereignty has its independence, whoever can't infringe upon any other the state sovereignty with the international protection of human rights.
