摘要
目的:通过对重庆市2001年～2003年18家医院用药情况的分析,为制药企业、药品经营企业、医疗机构和政府决策提供宏观的、有价值的参考信息.方法:对3年购药金额、药品品种排序、生产厂商排序等进行统计和分析.结果:3年来药品销售总金额不断上升,医院销售国产药占70%,合资药和进口药占30%.重庆制药企业总体发展不容乐观.结论:18家医院用药金额处于发展上升阶段,但受'医保'目录审评和药品招标采购等政策的影响,发展速度快慢起伏.
OBJECTIVE:By analyzing drugs used in 18 hospitals in Chongqing during the period 2001～2003, to provide some macro and valuable information for drug m anufacturing enterprises, drug management enterprises, medical institutions and government decision making. METHODS: To add up and analyze amount of money of dr ug purchase,the order of drug variety and the order of manufacturers in three ye ars. RESULTS: Total selling amount of money of the drugs in these three years pr ogressively increased. Of those, home-made drugs took up 70%,joint-venture and i mport drugs took up 30%. The whole development situation of Chongqing drug manuf acturing enterprises was not optimistic. CONCLUSION: Amount of money of drug use in 18 hospitals has stayed in rising stage, but as it is influenced by catalog ue inspection and evaluation of “medical insurance” and the policy of drug bid ding and purchase, so its rising speed is fluctuant.
