摘要
可利用组合构件良好的减振性来抑制柔性机构的振动,并以叠层矩形截面柔性机械臂为例,在考虑几何非线性与状态非线性的情况下,对其进行有限元分析及数值仿真,得到了其力-变形的滞迟回线,较好地反映该组合柔性机械臂的滞迟特性及阻尼特性,为组合柔性机械臂的变形计算、阻尼特性及减振性的研究提供了有效手段。
The good vibration damping property of combined component can be used to restrain the vibration of flexible mechanism. Taking the laminated rectangular sectioned flexible mechanical arm as an example and under the situation of considering the geometric and status nonlinear properties, the finite element analysis and numeric simulation on the arm was carried out. Its hysteretic loop of force-deformation was obtained, which fairly reflected the hysteretic properties and damping characteristics of this combinative flexible mechanism, thus provided effective means for the deformation calculation, and the study of damping characteristics and of vibration damping property.
