摘要
对甲苯甲酸经10%Pd(OH)2/C还原、碱性异构化得反-4-甲基环己甲酸,经PCl5氯代、NaN3叠氮化后经Curtius重排得反-4-甲基环己基异氰酸酯,总收率60%。
trans-4-Methylcyclohexane isocyanate was synthesized from p-toluic acid by reduction with 10%Pd(OH)2/C and then isomerization in basic solution to give trans-4-methylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid, which subjected tochlorination with phosphorus pentachloride, azidation with sodium azide and then Curtius rearrangement with an overallyield of 60%.
