脑血栓形成大鼠模型血浆LPA的实验研究

摘要 目的 研究脑血栓血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平的动态变化及其意义。方法 采用颈内动脉直接插管注入凝血酶建立大鼠脑血栓模型。动态观察大鼠血浆中LPA水平的变化。结果 正常对照组血浆LPA水平均较低,为( 2 .4 1±0 .1 7) μmol/L ,而血栓形成术后血浆LPA升高,于术后3h达峰值,与其他各组相比显著升高(P <0 .0 5) ,之后LPA迅速下降,至6h已与正常对照组无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5)。结论 大鼠脑血栓形成后血浆LPA迅速升高,提示LPA可以作为脑梗死发病早期明确诊断的重要辅助方法。 Objective To research the value of the dynamic changes of plasma lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) concentration in rat with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Cerebral thrombosis rats model was produced through injecting thrombin into the internal carotid artery (ICA) .Observe the changes of plasma LPA dynamically.Results The results showed that the concentration of plasma LPA in control group were low(2.41±0.17) μmol/L.and increased in rats with cerebral thrombosis. The pear level of plasma LPA in experiment group was at 3 h after operation and then.decreased rapidly.Conclusion In experimental rats with cerebral thrombosis,the rapidly increasing concentration of plasma LPA suggests that LPA maybe an important marker to the diagnosing of hyperacute cerebral infarction.
