依达拉奉注射液对脑血栓栓塞大鼠血浆溶血磷脂酸的影响

摘要 目的:观察大鼠脑血栓栓塞后血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)浓度的变化,和依达拉奉注射液对血浆LPA水平的影响。方法:健康Wistar大鼠30只,体重280~300g,雌雄不限,随机分为5组,每组6只,即正常对照组、假手术组、实验对照组、安慰剂组、药物实验组。采用颈内动脉直接插管注入凝血酶建立大鼠脑血栓栓塞模型,并预防性给予腹腔注射依达拉奉注射液,观察大鼠脑血栓栓塞后血浆LPA水平的变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,实验对照组血浆LPA水平明显增高(P<0.05);预防性给予依达拉奉注射液可明显降低脑血栓栓塞大鼠血浆LPA的水平(P<0.05),而安慰剂组与实验对照组相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠脑血栓栓塞后血浆LPA水平有不同程度增高;预防性给予依达拉奉注射液后脑血栓栓塞大鼠血浆LPA水平可降低。
