血尿酸和胆红素与冠心病关系的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究冠心病病人血尿酸和血胆红素水平的变化,探讨其与冠心病发生、发展的关系。方法 1 0 8例病人经冠状动脉造影分为冠心病组( 53例)和非冠心病组( 55例) ,入院后次日晨空腹抽取静脉血,检测血尿酸和血胆红素水平。结果 冠心病组病人血尿酸水平明显升高(P <0 .0 5) ,总胆红素与间接胆红素水平显著降低,但直接胆红素水平无明显差异。结论 血尿酸水平升高和血胆红素浓度降低与冠心病相关,早期干预有可能预防心血管事件的发生。 Objective To investigate the changes of levels of serum uric acid,bilirubin in patients with coronary artery disease and explore the relationship between the levels of serum uric acid,bilirubin and the development of coronary artery disease.Methods According to coronary artery angiography(CAG),108 patients were divided into coronary artery disease(CAD) group and no-coronary artery disease(no-CAD) group.The levels of serum uric acid and bilirubin were measured in all patients.Results The levels of serum uric acid increased significantly in CAD group, comparing to no-CAD group(P<0.05).Total and direct bilirubin concentration reduced but the change of indirect bilirubin was not significant in CAD group.Conclusion The increase of serurn uric acid concentrations and the reduce of bilirubin concentrations are related to the patients with coronary artery disease.
