摘要
从现代人的本质特征,特别是现代人德性的本质特征看,高校学术失范的心理动因表现在单纯的自我价值实现的心理、明显的二元对立的心理、心理的外部强化占优势、成就动机较低、利益从众的心理严重五个方面。根据学术失范的心理特点,高校学术道德规范和伦理规范的建立在心理调控的层面上主要包括三个维度七个步骤;学术技术规范和学术操作规范的建立一般需要经过三过程、四阶段。
From the innate characteristic of the modern people, especially the innate characteristic of the modern people in morality, the appearance of scholarship anomie has its own five psychological reasons. That is the single psychological state of self-actualization in value, the opposite psychological state, the superjacent psychological state in exterior reinforcement, the psychological state of lower achievement motivation, and the serious psychological state in popular response. According to these psychological characteristics, the establishment of scholarship norm in morality has its own three aspects and seven steps in interior control; the establishment of scholarship technique need to be passed generally three psychological processes and four psychological stages.
