摘要 2型糖尿病Kkay小鼠,以蛋氨酸喂养制备高胱氨酸血症模型。弥可保治疗两周同型血半胱氨酸水平明显低于氰钴胺治疗(2.2±0.2 vs 3.2±0.6μmol/L,P<0.05) In T2DM Kkay mice with hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy)modeled by methionine feeding, the methylcobalamin-treatment group had lower Hcy level (μmol/L,±s) at the 2-nd week than that of cyanocobalamin treatment (2.2±0.2 vs 3.2±0.6,P<0.05 respectively).
