摘要
以"经济人"为假设的"泰罗制"科学管理因其对人性的忽视而产生了局限性。在此基础上发展起来的人本管理,虽然适应了一定阶段的管理实践需要,但由于其缺乏对文化和价值观的人文关怀,而在新世纪的管理实践中显示出了局限性。以"价值观"为基础的使命管理,以统一员工的使命为导向,倡导具有共同价值观基础的使命管理,使管理的发展又走向了一个新阶段。
The science management has some limitations, because it lacks human nature. The employee-centered management based on the science management also has some limitations, because it lacks caring for culture and value conception, although it adapts to the practice of management. The mission-based management starts with the employees mission, which makes the management step to new stage.
