摘要 惊厥性疾病是最常见的神经系统疾病之一,惊厥造成的脑损伤均为兴奋毒性损伤,在惊厥脑损伤中兴奋性氨基酸释放增加,N -甲基- D -天门冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)激活起主要作用,细胞内钙稳态失衡,导致细胞功能受损起着关键的作用, 白细胞介素1(IL -1)起重要的调质作用。IL -1在中枢神经系统病理状态下与NMDA受体活化有关, 它们之间相互作用,共同在脑惊厥性损伤中发挥重要作用,深入研究它们之间的相互关系有可能为治疗婴幼儿惊厥性疾病提供新策略。
