摘要 目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Survivin、VEGF在骨肉瘤和正常骨组织中的表达。结果:Survivin基因在骨肉瘤中的阳性表达率为63.15%,VEGF在骨肉瘤中的阳性表达率为55.26%,二者在正常骨组织中均未见表达;Survivin阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤部位无关,与Enneking外科分期及WHO组织学分型有相关性;Survivin的表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关。结论:(1)Survivin在骨肉瘤中呈高表达,参与骨肉瘤的发生发展,可作为判断骨肉瘤预后的重要参考指标。(2)Survivin、VEGF的表达对肿瘤血管形成可能起重要作用,联合检测二者的表达对了解肿瘤血管形成的机理有一定意义。 Objective:To investigate the expression of survivin and its relationship with vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF).Method:Immunohistochemistry(S-P)method was adopted to detect the expression of survivin and VEGF in osteosarcoma and normal osseous tissue.Result:Survivin positive expression rate was 63.17% in osteosarcoma,VEGF positive expression rate was 55.26% in osteosarcoma,but no expression of survivin and VEGF was detected in normal osseous tissue.The positive expression rate of survivin was significantly associated with Enneking clinical stages and histological typing(WHO),but no relationship among survivin expression with age,sex and tumor location.There was a significant positive correlation between survivin and VEGF.Conclusion:(1)Survivin is over-expression in osteosarcoma.It is probably involved in the etiology of osteosarcoma and maybe an important reference marker in evaluating the prognosis of osteosarcoma.(2)Survivin and VEGF expressions,both contributing to the tumor neovascularization,may be helpful in the understanding of intra-tumoral angiogenetic mechanism in the future.
