摘要
本文回顾了噬菌体展示技术的研究进展。应用噬菌体展示技术将外源蛋白通过与噬菌体外壳蛋白融合而表达于噬菌体颗粒表面,被展示的外源蛋白可以保持相对独立的空间结构和生物活性。目前此技术已被广泛应用于生命科学研究的不同领域,尤其在人工抗体和疫苗的研制、多肽药物的开发等方面,具有广阔应用前景。
The progress in phage display techniques is reviewed in this article. Phage display techniques have been established and applied to various biological aspects. Fragments of foreign peptides or proteins are expressed as fusion proteins displayed on the phage surface, keeping their relatively independent spatial structure and biological activity. Phage display techniques can be exploited to display peptide protein domains and used especially as a tool for studying artificial antibodies and vaccine and drug discovery.
