摘要
小鼠暴露于低氧(低压舱0.42atm,22h/day)期间,观察投用促红细胞生成素(EPO)对红细胞生成的影响。结果表明,网织红细胞的生成与释放对EPO存在一定剂量依赖效应。低氧早期骨髓的红细胞生成对EPO具有高度敏感性;随低氧持续作用,骨髓对EPO的敏感性降低。提示较高水平EPO的持续作用对网织红细胞生成与释放具有反馈性抑制作用。
Our present study was undertaken to observe the effects of the administration of exogenous erythropoietin (EPO) on erythropoiesis of mice exposed to hypoxia in hypobaric chamber (0. 42atm, 22h/day ). It is concluded that Reticulocyte production and release depended on EPO levels,and erythropoiesis of bone marrow were very sensitive to the EPO stimulus in mice exposed bypoxia early, sensitivety decreasedgradually during continuously hypoxia, present the negative feedback on reticulocyte production and release.
