摘要
目的:观察地锦草提取物对小鼠肝组织GSH-PX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)和CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性的影响.方法:地锦草提取物给小鼠连续灌胃28d,1次/d,1ml/次.结果:与空白对照组比较,地锦草提取物可明显提高小鼠肝组织GSH-PX和CAT活性.结论:实验表明,地锦草提取物具有较强的清除自由基及抗氧化、防衰老作用.
Objective:The effects of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae Extracts on GSH-PX and CAT in liver of mouse was observed.Methods:The activity of GSH-PX and CAT were measured after the mouse were kept on giving the extracts of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae ig.1 ml/d×28 d.Results:The extracts of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae obviously enhance the activity of GSH-PX and CAT.Conclusion:The results suggest that the extracts of Herba Euphorbiae humifusae have effects on scavenging free radicals,preventing oxidation and retarding senility.
