慢性氟中毒大鼠听阈及听觉脑干诱发反应(ABR)的研究 被引量:6

摘要 40日龄幼鼠随机分组。实验组20只,喂饮含氟100mg/L的煮过的自来水6个月,造成慢性氟中毒模型;对照组15只。用2%戊巴比妥钠轻麻下,测定两组听觉脑干诱发反应及听阈。观察到两组ABR各波的潜伏时差异无显著意义;听阈测定,实验组听阈升高,两组差异有非常显著意义。其结果揭示:氟可能损伤听感受器毛细胞,导致听觉敏感性降低从而听力下降。 Animal model of chronic fluorosis in 20 rats was developed with drinking water contained 100mg/L fluoride for six months. A control groups of 15 rats. Hearing threshold and ABR in anesthetized rats were measured. The results were as follows: Latencies of ABR wavey were nonsignifi cant,Hearing thresholds of experimental group were significantly higher. These results suggested that decrease of hearing auditory might be induced by hair cells of Corti's organ which were damaged by fluoride.
