摘要
应用彩色多普勒超声心动图对５０例无合并症单纯性室间隔缺损患者心室水平左向右分流时相进行研究。结果发现，每例患者心室水平左向右分流不仅出现在收缩期，也出现在舒张期；但舒张期分流量较少，分流速度较低，不能产生人耳听阈范围内的杂音，也不能被心音图仪描记。
With color Doppler ultrasound technique we studied shunting from leftventricle to right ventricle in 50 patients with uncomplicated ventricular septal defect.Results showed all the patients had left to right shunting not only in systole, but also indiastole. The volume and peak velocity of diastolic shunting were lower. The murmur issubthreshold for human audition and also could not be recorded by phonocardiography.
