摘要
文章界定了知识劳动者在知识社会新内涵,基于绩效管理理论初步提出以知识劳动者个体为对象的绩效管理框架,即知识劳动者自我绩效管理的实施过程,自我绩效评估标准与评估方法设定。
This article defines the knowledge worker 's new intention in knowledge society, and tries to set up self- performance management frame of knowledge worker individual as research object based on performance management theory , including the practice course of knowledge worker self-performance management and self-performance evaluate standard and evaluate method are set up.
