摘要
简要介绍了现行《危险房屋鉴定标准》的鉴定方法,针对确定房屋等级的最大值原则在某些情况下不太合理的问题,提出利用贴近度原则来确定房屋综合评定等级的方法,在一定程度上改善了最大值原则方法的偏差,使对既有建筑的等级评定更为准确合理。
The basal methods of Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal(JGJ125-99)are introduced briefly in this paper.Aiming at the unreasonablity about the MAXIMUM principle of the appraisal for dangerous buildings under some conditions,the author put forward a method utilizing approaching degree principle to assess the grades of buildings,improving the deviation of the MAXIMUM method on certain degree,making appraisal to the current buildings more accurate and more reasonable.
