摘要
针对现行JGJ125-99《危险房屋鉴定标准》在实际应用中存在的问题,着重从构件的划分、房屋组成部分的隶属等级确定和整幢房屋的综合评级等三个层次进行了探讨,并相应给出了实例进行论证.提出了几种改进措施,并结合GBJ144-90《工业厂房可靠性鉴定标准》和GB50292-1999《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》,着重指出在对既有房屋的危险性进行鉴定时引进传力树概念,明确传力路径是必要且可行的.
The problems in the application of the existing JGJ 125-99 Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal are discussed including the aspects of the division of the components, the decision of the membership functions and the fuzzy affiliation of the whole building. To demonstrate these opinions better two examples are given. Several methods to solve those problems are presented. Furthermore, combining with the GBJ 144-90 Reliability Appraisal of Factory Building and the GB 50292-1999 Appraisal of Reliability of Civil Buildings, the necessity and feasibility of utilizing the pass-force-tree analytical method to appraise the dangerous building is emphatically pointed out.
