毫米波辐照对小鼠EMT6乳腺癌细胞增殖活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 作者用频率36.11GHz,功率密度分别为1,3,5,7mW/cm ̄2的毫米波辐照培养的小鼠EMT6乳腺癌细胞,观察对其增生活性的影响。结果发现,5或7mW/cm ̄2功率密度照射15min后,细胞增殖数目少于对照组,照射30min后,细胞的克隆形成数目少于对照组及1,3mW/cm ̄2照射组。7mW/cm ̄2照射后24h时,细胞的AgNOR颗粒数虽多于对照组和其他照射组,但颗粒体积缩小。照射组细胞超微结构亦有退行性改变,上述结果说明,功率密度5mW/cm ̄2以上毫米波照射对该类细胞的增生活性有一定抑制作用,抑制作用的大小与功率密度有效明显的关系。 The effects of millimeter microwave irradiation,(36.11GHz ) with powerdensity(PD) of 1,3,5, 7 mW/cm ̄2 respectively, on the proliferation activity of EMT6 breastcarcinoma cells of mouse in vitro were observed. It was found that,with the irradiation ofPD 5and 7 mW/cm ̄2 for 15 minutes, the number of proliferative cells was decreased, for30 minutes, the number of clone formation of the cells was decreased in comparison withthe control and 1,3 mW/cm ̄2 irradiation groups. At 24 hours after irradiation of PD 7mW/cm ̄2 for 30 minutes, the mean total number of nucleolar organiser regions of the cellsincreased ,but the diameter declined as compared with the control and other irradiationgroups. Some regressive ultrastructural changes were observed in tumor cells of 5 and 7mW/cm ̄2 irradiation groups. All these results suggested that the irradiation of millimetermicrowave PD over 5 mW/cm ̄2 have an inhibitory action on the prol feration of EMT6tumor cells to some extent.This effect was more prominent with the enhancement ofpower density.
