摘要
通过分析复杂科学的基本特点和方法,提出运用复杂科学的原理研究运动训练组织管理问题,将运动训练组织管理的形成与进化看成是运动训练系统内部各组元相互作用及系统与外部环境作用的结果,进而从群体决策、管理创新等方面提出一些新的观点。
Through analyzing the basie Characteristics and methods of complex science, this paper drew on the principles of complex science to study the organization and management of exercise. Regarding the formation and the evolution of exercise and management as the interaction of internal elements in the training system and the result of the combination between system and circumstances is the basis on which some new ideas can be expressed from the aspects of group decision and managing creation.
