摘要
通过对国内有关体育资源配置及相关问题的文献资料的研究,认为在我国转型阶段,应将市场机制作为体育资源配置的基础力量,同时逐渐弱化政府的强力作用,以求得政府与市场两种力量的均衡。并认为以产权制度建设作为对该问题研究的切入点,将可能成为重点关注的问题。
According to literature research of sports resource scheme and correlative issues in our country. During the transformation stage, the market mechanism should by way of the base strength of sports resource scheme, and the government power should be weaken. Which is holding two strength equilibrium with government and market. And it is considered property right building was the way of cut-in point at this matter study, which will likely to become the emphases attention problem.
