以条斑紫菜为原料,采用超声辅助提取蛋白和多糖、通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了最佳的提取工艺条件。
Using Porphyra yezoensis as the raw material,ultrasonic extraction was used to extract protein and polysaccharide.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to obtain the optimum conditions.
