摘要
利用催化裂化过程本身降低汽油烯烃含量成为近年来新型催化剂和新型工艺技术开发的主要方向,在连续小型提升管装置上,考察FCC汽油降烯烃效果与反应条件的关系。结果表明,采用普通催化裂化催化剂,当汽油烯烃降低15个百分点以上时,轻质油收率超过91%。低温、高剂油比、长反应时间和较低的再生催化剂炭含量有利于汽油烯烃的降低,汽油中C7以上烯烃降烯烃比较容易,C6烯烃有一部分发生反应,而C5烯烃基本不反应。
Decreasing the olefin content of naphtha for FCC process becomes the main demand of new catalyst and process development. The relations between olefin decreasing effect and the reaction conditions have been explored in a bench scale riser and the result shows that by using common catalyst, the yield of light oil is over 91% when the olefin content was decreased more than 15 percent points. Low reaction temperature, high ratio of catalyst to oil, long reaction resident time and the regenerated catalyst are favorable to decrease the olefin content in FCC naphtha. The olefins with 7 carbons are easy to decrease, parts of the olefins with 6 carbons can be reacted, and the olefins with 5 carbons almost cannot be reacted.
