摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子(H IF-1)与血管内皮生长因子(V EG F)在非小细胞肺癌(N SC LC)组织中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化法检测N SC LC组织H IF-1α和V EG F的表达,并测定微血管密度(M V D)。结果N SC LC组织中H IF-1α及VEG F阳性表达率显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05);H IF-1α的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤的大小和肿瘤的分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05);VEG F在N SC LC组织中的表达与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移、肿瘤的分化程度及临床分期均密切相关(均P<0.05);H IF-1α与V EG F、M VD,V EG F与M VD的表达之间均呈正相关(r分别为0.589、0.448、0.571,均P<0.01)。结论H IF-1α及V EG F的增强表达与非小细胞肺癌的浸润性发展和肿瘤血管生成有密切关系。 To investigate the relationship between the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and tumor angiogenesis in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and MVD were evalulated by immunohistochemical method. The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in NSCLC tissue was demonstrated in 71.11% and 66.7%, respectively, and significantly higher than that of normal lung tissue (P<0.05); there was a statistically significant correlation between HIF-1αexpression and lymph node metastase, TNM stages,VEGF expression and MVD; But no significant corerelation was seen between HIF-1αexpression and tumor size, pathological grade,; there was also a statistically significant correlation between VEGF expression and tumor size, lymph node metastase, pathological grade ,TNM stages and MVD. [Conclusion] The present finding suggests that the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF correlates closely with tumor invasion and angiogenesis.
