摘要
随着高等教育法律体系的逐渐形成 ,高等教育的法制建设取得了很大发展。但是 ,随着高等教育的迅速发展 ,涉及高等教育的法律、法规的效力和某些方面的立法缺失或立法滞后所带来的问题又成为制约高等教育发展的重要问题。论文就目前高等教育法制建设中存在的问题及其根源等方面进行了探讨。
With the taking shape gradually of legal system of higher education,the legal construction of higher education has been made great development.But,with the rapid development of higher education,involve the law of higher education,effect of legislation,and question brought to some lack of legislation,lag of legislation become the question of restrict development of higher education.It is on the question that the legal construction of higher education exists at present in thesis and his origin,etc.respect discuss slightly one's own humble opinion.
