摘要
介绍了以ML-35为代表的冷镦钢高速线材的技术特点,以及闭环冷却控温生产ML-35的技术要求,并分析了此种钢生产过程的质量情况,对存在问题提出了改进措施。
This paper, based on introducing the technology characteristic of making cold hardened steel bar represented by ML35 and the technology gist of making ML35 in the loop cooling control system, analyses its quality in process of production, as well as puts forward the countermeasure targeting the problem.
