摘要
介绍了以C7D为代表的低碳钢高速线材的化学成分、表面质量、力学性能等技术特点以及生产C7D时冶炼、连铸、轧制的技术要点。分析了产品质量情况,对存在的表面红锈、抗拉强度不均以及线材的弯曲裂纹提出了改进措施:冶炼过程中加强成分控制,连铸过程中严格控制拉速,轧制过程中保证冷却水干净、水压稳定。
Introduces the technology characteristic of C7D low carbon steel high-speed wire ,including chemistry composition, surface quality, mechanical property, and the technologies of smelting, continuous casting and rolling when producing C7D. The product qualities are analyzed and some measures are put forward to resolve the existing surface red rust, intensity strengthen odds and bend crack of wire rod, such as controlling strictly chemistry composition in smelting and drawing speed in continuous casting, and ensuring cooling water clean and pressure stabilization in rolling.
