摘要
目的:对年轻恒牙离体再植移用了断指再植术后治疗的抗感染、抗凝、抗血管痉挛俗称“三抗治疗”的理念,将其应用于该类外伤,同时加强营养神经,改善微循环,以提高再植牙牙髓愈合率。方法:在常规治疗的基础上通过局部抗凝、解痉、全身用药改善微循环,促进神经细胞生长新方法。结果:试验组41例病人的45颗年轻恒牙离体再植一年牙髓愈合及功能正常达57.78%;对照组21例25颗牙使用常规治疗方法愈合率仅为23.8%。一年试验组与对照组比较P<0.05,有显著性意义。结论:应用综合疗法能提高年轻恒牙离体再植牙髓牙髓愈合(牙周膜愈合)率。
Objective To improve the cure ratio on operation of aboral replantation with young permanent teeth, we apply the therapy experience from replantation of broken-finger which includes anti-infection, anti-cruor and anti-vessel-hyperkinesia known as Three-anti-therapy, appendingly mending nerves, for aboral young permanent teeth replantation. Method We Applied a improving nerves growing methods with local anti-cruor, anti-hyperkinesia and medicine remedy on basis of regular therapy to patients. Results The ratio of normal livingness and function of pulp in young permanent teeth is 57.78% in 45 teeth of 41 patients by general therapy during one year, and 23.38% in 25 teeth of 21 patients in control by regular therapy. So the effect of general therapy group is more value than regular one(P<0.05). Conclusion It improves pulp healing ratio in aboral replantation of young permanent teeth with general therapy method.
