摘要
应用模糊评判法及正文试验法研究了含有罗汉果浸膏成分的复合甜味剂、罗汉果饮料及罗汉果面包,解决了罗汉果浸膏的焦苦味及罗汉果饮料的沉淀问题。
Several products mixed sweetener,beverage and bread which contain thepaste of Luo-Han-Guo[Siraitia grosvenori(Swingle)C.Jeffrey]were developed with themethods of Fazzy Maths and orthogonal experiment.The problems of the paste′burning bitter smell and the beverage′deposit were also solved.
