摘要
论述了图书馆信息服务质量的控制原则,信息服务质量的评估和测定及服务质量的控制方法等。并在此基础上提出了强化管理人员的服务意识、提高服务人员的服务技巧与交互技巧等措施,以有效地实施服务质量的控制。
This paper discusses on the control principles of library's informat ion service quality, the evaluation and measurement of library's information ser vice quality, and the control methods for the service quality, etc., and based o n these, puts forward some measures for carrying effectively out the service qua lity control, which include strengthening the service consciousness of the libra rians, and increasing the service skills and communi9cation skills of the librar ians, etc.
