摘要
三峡多级船闸中间级水头达49.5m。阀门的振动问题是需研究的难题之一。试验在1:25的局部模型中按恒定与非恒定流进行试验研究,主要研究了作用于廊道边壁及阀门的压力脉动与流激阀门振动,阀门采用结构动态优化方案及其修正方案。采用自适应最小二乘格型算法估计了非恒定流脉动与振动的谱密度,探讨了阀门开启速度对脉动与振动的影响。给出了相应的统计特征.讨论了阀门与启闭杆的振动特征及高阻尼材料的抑振效果.分析了两个方案的振动情况及进一步改善的措施.
The water head arrived at 49. sin in the middle grade of ship lock in The Three--gorges.Valve vibration is one of the difficult problems. Tests are carried out in the hydraulic model(model scale 1: 25) under steady and unsteady flow conditions. The pressure fluctuation onthe valve and side wall of culvert and flow-induced valve vibration are principally studied.The structural dynamic optimization scheme and its amendment are adopted. The energyspectrum of pressure fluctuation and vibration under unsteady flow condition are analysed bymeans of adaptive least squares lattice algorithm (LSL). The effect of valve lifting speed upon pressure fluctuation and valve vibration is discussed. And its statistic characteristics aregot. The vibration and the effect of high damping material are also discussed. Valve vibration and modification of two schemes are analyzed.
