摘要
通过试验模态分析技术,研究了船闸输水过程中廊道阀门的流激振动问题。应川CADA技术,提出了动态优化方案,并进行了动态响应预估。采用最小二乘格型(LSL)算法,进行了非稳定流压力脉动及振动的谱估计,并定性地探讨了高阻尼材料的抑振效果及横梁对阀门振动的影响。
The dynamic characteristics of the valve structure are studied on an elastically similar model by the experimental model analysis technique. A dynamic optimization scheme is carried up after a dynamic-response prediction by the CADA technique, The least squares lattice (LSL)algorithm is first used in the spectral estimation of pressure fluctuations and vibrations in unsteady flow. In adition, qualitative investigations are gotten of the effectiveness of high-damping materials in reducing vibrations as well as the influence of cross girders on valve vibrations.
