摘要
外阴上皮内瘤变(vulvar intra-epithelial neoplasia,VIN)主要为外阴鳞状上皮不典型增生和原位癌.鲍温病(Bowen disease)、鲍温样丘疹病、疣状癌及乳房外Paget病也归位外阴上皮内瘤变之列.其临床表现和发生上有许多相似之处,但各有特点,故诊断、处理和预后差别很大,对该4种疾病结合本院病例分析及文献综述如下.
