文章对企业文化力的精神导引力、资源整合力、战略决策力、认同凝聚力、社会扩张力、市场开发力、产品营销力和组织应变力进行了探索和分析,揭示了企业文化力对企业发展的巨大作用及其作功途径。
This paper investigates and discusses enterprise culture's spiritual guide force, resources integration force, strategic decision force, approval-cohesion force, social extension force, market development force, product selling force and organization-culture force plays in the enterprise development.
