摘要
近年来,长沙市家教市场不断扩大,这种稳步增长的趋势使其逐渐成为了一个潜在的庞大市场。笔者结合长期的调查,对长沙市家教市场的主要构成要素及其特点进行定性分析。在此基础上,着眼于整个家教市场的长期健康发展,针对当前长沙家教市场存在的主要问题,提出了如下建设性的建议:规范市场秩序、家教中介的专业化咨询服务、家教老师应具备“大家教”的观念。
In recent years, the private-teaching market in Changsha has been expanding, which forms a large potential market. Based on the authors' long investigation, this article analyzes its main elements. Then, for its long term development, aiming at its main existing problem, the authors give their constructive advice, such as formulating order, applying of the opinion of big private-teaching, the specialized advisory service by the intermediary.
