芦荟有较高的药用和营养价值,以美国库拉索芦荟和黍米为主要原料,黍米经过糖化、发酵后的酒液与鲜芦荟原汁按80:20的比例混合,并经勾调混匀后压滤,再经灭菌制得发酵性黍米芦荟饮料。该饮料红褐色,清澈透明,有芦荟的特有清香。
Aloe has high medical and nutritional value. American Kura aloe and husked millet were used as main materials, rice was made by way of sac-chairficating and alcoholic fermenting, and then, the prepared rice wine mixed with fresh aloe raw juice by the ratio of 80 : 20, then through blending, filtration and sterilization, aloe health drink was finally produced. It was red-brown and clear health drink, it possessed the specific flavor and the unique characteristics of aloe as well.
