摘要 目的:监测鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性变化规律,为有效控制感染和临床治疗提供依据。方法:对2001-2003年本院分离的革兰阴性杆菌使用VITEK2系统鉴定菌种,并用K-B纸片扩散法及微量肉汤稀释法(VITEK2系统测MIC)检测鲍曼不动杆菌的体外耐药情况。结果:对头孢他啶、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟等三代头孢菌素耐药率三年来明显有升高,特别是对亚胺培南耐药率由2001年的5.4%、2002年的7.7%,上升到2003年的13.0%,增幅很大。对其它抗菌药物耐药率显著增高。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌耐药现象日趋严重,须引起高度重视。 Objective: To investigate the status and changing trend of resistance to antimicrobial agents of Acineto-bacter baumannii. Methods: Identification of Acinetobacter baumannii were performed by VITEK2 system. Disk diffusion tests and VITEK2 system (MIC) were performed to detect the susceptibility of antimicrobial agents against Acinetobacter baumannii. Results: The resistant rates to ceftazidime and cefotaxime and other the third generation cephalosporins were increasing. The resistant rates to imipenem were increasing, from 5.4% to 7.7% to 13.0%. The resistant rates to other antimicrobial agents were increasing, too. Conclusions: The resistant rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to antimicrobial a-gents were increasing. We have to pay more attention to it.
