摘要
从红金耳环(AsarumpetelotiiO..Sm)的全草中分离得到5个化合物,经光谱鉴定,其中1个为新的马兜铃内酰胺生物碱-7-甲氧基马兜铃内酰胺IV(1),其他为1,2,3,4-四甲氧基-5-烯丙基苯(2),β-谷甾醇(3),胡萝卜甙(4)及芹菜脑(5)。马兜铃内酰胺生物碱系首次从细辛属植物中获得。用气相色谱及色谱/质谱法,分别对红金耳环的茎叶精油及根精油进行了定性定量分析。根油中鉴定了36个化合物,主要成分为β-雪松烯,1,2,3,4-四甲氧基-5一烯丙基苯及芹菜脑;茎叶油中鉴定了44个化合物,主要成分为榄香脂素,1,2,3,4-四甲氧基-5-烯丙基苯及芹菜脑。
A nwe aristoloactam alkaloid,7-methoxyaristololactam IV(1)together with 1,2,3,4-tetramethoxy-5,allyl benzene(2),β-sitosterol(3), daucosterol(4) and apiole(5) were iso-lated from A sarum petelotii,they were identified by spectra data analysis.It noted that the aristololactam alkal oid was first time obtained from the genus Asarum.Bymeans of GC&GC/MS, the essential oils individually from leaves and roots were seperatively analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. 36 compounds were identified in the roots essentiai oil,the main constituents were β-himaehalene,1,2,3,4-tetramethoxy-5-allyl benzene and apiole.44 com-pounds were ideti fied in the leaves oil,the main components were elemicine,1,2,3,4-tetramethoxy-5-allyl benzene and apiole.
