摘要
目的：研究细辛的非挥发性有效成分。方法：对北细辛根和根茎的化学成分进行提取分离，所得化合物用光谱分析（ＩＲ、ＭＳ、１ＨＮＭＲ、１３ＣＮＭＲ）鉴定。结果：从乙醚提取物中分得３个化合物，鉴定为卡枯醇、１－细辛脂素和１－芝麻脂素。结论：１－芝麻脂素为首次从该植物中得到，已知它具有抗病毒、抗气管炎作用，故可认为是细辛的有效成分之一。
Objective:This paper is for the purpose of studying the effective non-volatile constituents of Xixin (Herba Asari).Methods:Chemical constituents in roots and rhizomes of Asarum heterotropoides var,mandshu-ricum are extracted and isolated.Obtained compounds are identified on the basis of spec-tral analysis(IR,MS,1HNMR and 13CNMR).Results From the ether extract ,three compounds were isolated and identified as kakuol,1-asarinin and 1-sesamin. Conclusion:L-sesamin was obtained from this plant for the first time. Since it is known that 1-sesamin has antiviral effects ,it can be consid-ered as one of effective constituents in Xixin.
